Please read this agreement carefully before purchasing My Pretty Pink Box or viewing this website. By visiting this website, you agree to be bound by these terms:

My Pretty Pink Box cannot be held responsible for any allergies, irritations, health problems, damages or mishaps caused from use of the items/products of participating retailers. For allergy information or a list of ingredients, please contact the individual retailer. In no way shall My Pretty Pink Box be held liable for any damages that arise from use of this site or use of My Pretty Pink Box sample box.

My Pretty Pink Box can not be held responsible if items break or leak during shipping, or are lost or damaged in the mail. My Pretty Pink Box is not responsible for packages once they leave our office.

We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you are worried about damage or loss, please purchase insurance. If you purchased insurance, please contact your local post office.

You will not receive items from every participant in your box. If ordering multiple boxes, there is no guarantee that you will receive items from every retailer. All boxes are made and closed before the sale date. There may be products in your box from retailers not listed on My Pretty Pink Box or items from past boxes in your current box.

Please be careful when using or trying the products. Please use the products at your own discretion. My reviews are that of my own and based on my own personal experience with each product. My Pretty Pink Box cannot be held accountable for any allergies or problems the occur from use of the products. Please read all ingredients and contact the retailers with any questions. Do not eat any of the products. Nothing is edible and may be harmful if ingested.

Anyone who places an order for My Pretty Pink Box agrees that he/she is over the age of 18 and agrees all the information provided during ordering is accurate and your own. Customer agrees that his/her Paypal account is registered in the US or Canada.
