What is My Pretty Pink Box?
My Pretty Pink Box is the perfect place to try sample-sized beauty products!
Enjoy samples, products, and special discounts from our awesome retailers and e-tailers! There are many products in our boxes from businesses that you may have never heard of, but are really awesome! Plus, it is a great way to spoil yourself rotten - Pamper yourself, you deserve it!
What products are in the Box?
It varies. Each month, different companies send in sample products for the box. The amount of samples can change from one month to the next, but you can be sure that all products are of fabulous quality - handpicked by us!
Is it just samples?
No. A majority of the box is samples, but we also strive to add 1-3 full size products in the box each month.
This is your best chance to try out some new, great companies on the web. Our retailers send quality products that are sure to keep you coming back for more.
When do the Boxes go on sale?
My Pretty Pink Boxes go on sale once a month at 7:00 am Pacific time. If you would like an emailed reminder prior to each release, please click here.
Is there a limit on the number I may purchase?
Yes. Only 3 boxes per account/credit card may be purchased. Any additional boxes ordered will be canceled. If you wish to purchase more than 3, please contact me.
How can I pay for my Box?
At this time, we only accept Paypal and Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with a credit card.
Is shipping included?
No, shipping is not included in the price of the box.
Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship within the 50 United States and Canada. If you live outside of our shipping area and purchase a box, your order will be canceled and payment refunded.
Will I receive samples from every retailer?
No, sorry. We distribute the samples and products evenly throughout the boxes.
Can I chose which samples are in my Box?
Not at this time. We package and distribute samples evenly within our boxes ahead of time so we can ship them as quickly as possible.
How long will it take to get my order?
Once payment is received, it can take anywhere from 2-10 days to receive your order.
Can I return the Box if I do not like it?
We hope you enjoy every sample you receive, but unfortunately we do not accept returns. Why not pass the samples to girlfriends who need pampering? We won't tell.
What if my Box comes damaged or gets lost in the mail?
If you are worried about damage or loss, please purchase insurance. My Pretty Pink Box is not responsible for packages once they leave our office and do not offer refunds. If you purchased insurance, please contact your local post office.
What if something leaks inside my Box?
Again, we are sorry but do not offer returns. Fortunately, all of our products are wrapped separately and secure so there is very little chance products will leak. If there is extensive leakage, please contact us. We may be able to give you next month's box for free.
What if I am allergic to a product?
For allergy information or a list of ingredients, please contact the individual retailer prior to using any product. My Pretty Pink Box cannot be held liable for any allergies, irritations, or mishaps caused from items/products of participating retailers. |
